On April 22nd, ceremony for newly built and moved main building and priest's quarters was conducted at Myoei-ji temple in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka prefecture with high priest Nichinyo. The chief priest of the temple is Giei Hayase who is from same Hayase family. According to the anonymous witness in the Nichiren Shoshu priesthood, since the day before the ceremony, Nichinyo had stayed top class suit room in one luxury hotel near Hamamatsu station and they had enjoyed sumptuous dinner (a couple hundred dollar dinner per person). The participants for the ceremony received commemorative gifts based upon their amount of monetary donations. Those who donated higher amount received water cup with cap, prayer beads holder, gongyo book, and Shikishi paper in which Nichinyo wrote “Shojin” (Devote oneself, in Japanese).
